Odhams Wharf has consent for three new office buildings located on the banks of the River Exe.

Units C1 & C2 will both be 9,152 sq ft arranged over ground and two upper floors and C3 will be 10,001 sq ft, configured slightly differently but also over three floors.

It is proposed that they are constructed in a sustainable way, making use of responsible sourcing of timber and other materials as well as grey water harvesting and low energy heating and lighting.
