Hugo Tillotson

Hugo is a business space and investment agent with over 25 years experience in the South West commercial property market. With a focus on office and industrial lettings, he also works with private clients and pension funds in an asset advisory role in order to maximize the value of their property portfolios.
He had been instrumental in a number of high profile transactions in Exeter in recent years including the relocation of Thomson Reuters to the city and Goodridge’s move to Exeter Business Park. More recently he was involved in the letting and sale of one of Exeter’s premier office buildings, Senate Court.
Hugo adopts a pragmatic and collaborative approach to solving issues, which together with the breadth of his experience provides an invaluable skill set for clients.

Emma is a general practice Chartered Surveyor with experience in landlord and tenant, commercial agency and has been part of the Maze team since its inception in 2001. She has gained great experience having been involved in most of the planning and development projects, ensuring that Maze retains its unique professional approach to best serving the needs and requirements of each client.
Emma is also responsible for the sustained successful operation of the Maze office based in Exeter as well as managing all processes for in-house marketing, finance and external communications.

Richard has over 25 years experience working as a chartered surveyor in Devon, concentrating on planning and development in the region. He has expertise in commercial and residential development, bringing complex sites through the early stages of assembly and planning to generate maximum revenue and end investment values.
He has been involved in a number of strategic sites, such as Seaton Neighbourhood, where negotiation of the joint approach with public and private sector land interests and professional team co-ordination helped to bring together the development aspirations.
Richard retains a very positive approach to the inevitable challenges of development and uses his experience and negotiation skills to create solutions.
